• Guest attendee Alicia Smith, Payroll Manager, clarified that exempt employees will be paid on the last business day of the month and stated that the payroll calendar is on KSU's website.
8. Report Out - Meeting with President Brown• Ms. Thurman stated that a written summary of her meeting with President Brown was sent to the individuals who were senators at the time and that she would re-send the report for those who did not receive it. Her next meeting with President Brown is scheduled to occur on October 27th.
9. Questions• Ms. Thurman entertained questions from the senators. Mr. Simmons and Mr. Conwell asked about the report outs from committees and Ms. Thurman stated that she needs a report on which projects were selected so she can update President Brown. Ms. Felder reminded everyone about flu shots and COVID tests occurring on campus.• Ms. Thurman requested verbal reports from each of the committees on their activities
