Update from Staff Senate Meet & Eat | Ms. Thurman presented a review of the Staff Senate Meet and Eat which was held on Friday, October 2, 2020: • At the meeting, ideas for staff senate projects were assigned to the respective committees • Ms. Thurman requested that the committees narrow down the ideas to their top three choices and asked new senators to join the committees of their choosing | • Ms. Combest asked to join the Staff Relations Committee and Mr. Fields asked to join the Staff Morale Committee |

| 7. Announcement of New Pay Schedule | • Ms. Thurman reported that the new pay schedule only affects exempt employees. Exempt employees will now be paid once per month at the conclusion of the month. | |
