Elise will be putting out the bins and signage for collection. - Signs advertising the food and toiletry drive have been sent to all KSU admins. - This event is being advertised on campus news. - Danielle and Jack passed out flyers at Encampment - Danielle mentioned this at the forum last week - Goal is to collect as much as possible.</td><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'></td></tr></table>

• Staff Morale Committee- No updates
• Staff Relations Committee- Need volunteers for this committee.
- Barbara Hayes and Ashley Rhodus have offered to join this committee- DC is looking at a loan program for a possible program for employees facing hard ships.
- HR released a new vector program for additional training.
• Election and Credentials Committee- Need access to the most current organizational chart.
- Danielle Barber is waiting to receive this and will provide this when it becomes available. In the meantime, Danielle is able to provide a list of who reports to who.

- This is been put up for voting.
- Staff Morale will be assigned to coordinate this but everyone can help coordinate this.

• Invite Faculty Senate- Faculty Senate has the ability to get more done campus wise
- Have a meet and greet.
- Staff Senate can be invited to the holiday party as well.

Faculty is more consistent. If we can work together, it will make our voice stronger. We can help each other.- Invite them to the next Executive Meeting and report back to the staff senate in September.• Move meetings to In Person- Motion to move meeting from virtual to in person but leave zoom option.- Last in person meeting was February 2020- Concern: Since we started having zoom meetings, we have actually had better attendance from KSU staff as a whole. These meeting have more access.- Have some meetings in person and zoom meeting.- Is it possible for us to do both, similar to the board meetings.- We have people who are at this meeting today who would not be able to attend meeting if it was in person.• For the rest of the year, there will be two links for Staff Senate Meetings. If you attend this meeting click on the updated link. Danielle Barber will send a new zoom link for this.• Encampment- Afternoon sessions went well.- In one of the meetings employees expressed their views about current events on campus.- Would it be possible for us to get a copy of the meeting so Morale Committee can listen to this and possibility make improvements.- Danielle Barber and Ed Fields will work on seeing if copies are available.</td><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'></td></tr><tr><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>9.
