- Staff is constantly changing. Faculty is more consistent. If we can work together, it will make our voice stronger. We can help each other.- Invite them to the next Executive Meeting and report back to the staff senate in September.• Move meetings to In Person- Motion to move meeting from virtual to in person but leave zoom option.- Last in person meeting was February 2020- Concern: Since we started having zoom meetings, we have actually had better attendance from KSU staff as a whole. These meeting have more access.- Have some meetings in person and zoom meeting.- Is it possible for us to do both, similar to the board meetings.- We have people who are at this meeting today who would not be able to attend meeting if it was in person.• For the rest of the year, there will be two links for Staff Senate Meetings. Danielle Barber will send a new zoom link for this.• Encampment- Afternoon sessions went well.- In one of the meetings employees expressed their views about current events on campus.- Would it be possible for us to get a copy of the meeting so Morale Committee can listen to this and possibility make improvements.- Danielle Barber and Ed Fields will work on seeing if copies are available.
