| 5. Staff Senate Committee Updates | • Outreach Committee - Work in Progress. We are still working on the Fill the Basket. • Staff Morale Committee - Will be meeting immediately after this meeting. - Narrowing down Juneteenth Cupcake Celebration - Event may have to be moved down to the first floor in the ASB Building • Staff Relations Committee - Waiting on new person for Sodexo for Thorodash. - Gift for any new employee once they are off their 90-day probation. This would be for part time people as well. Need to decide what will be in it. - Have a meeting with Daryl Love to talk about enrichment for employees. Pathways to Promotions. Current staff have same opportunities as non-employees. • Election and Credentials Committee - Barbara Hayes will schedule a meeting with the remaining members. • Executive Committee - Jasmin will schedule a time for us to meet. All Staff Senate seats will be up for reelection • Two Ombudsman positions will also be up for election. • All Staff Senate Members can help staff out when resolving issues. • Zumba class Wednesdays 5PM – 6PM in Exum Gym | • Jack will need to go through the Staff Senate email list to make sure it is updated. |
