- Staff Morale Meeting will meet with Jasmin after meeting
• Staff Relations Committee
- Thorodash will start in August.

+ Gail needs to be invited
+ Dr. Stratton has been brought in from the School of Business to handle the delivery side of this.
- Pathways to Promotion
+ Currently KSU doesn't have this. This needs to be figured out.
+ We need to make sure KSU has opportunities for advancement. Currently, many KSU employees feel they don't have opportunities to move up. Many of the employees who took the V-SIP did so because of this.
+ Feedback also needs to be given to employees when position are not awarded to them. We could also offer classes as well.
+ We also need to look at preparing and building our current employees.
- Priority Parking for KSU Employee of the month
+ This is still being worked on.
- Money for recruiting students
+ This is still being worked on. | Title III has a Professional Development Fund for its employees. All KSU employees are eligible for this. Announcements will be sent out soon. |
| 7. Announcements | • Franklin County Health Department is offering the Johnson & Johnson Vaccine to KSU employees.
• Sick Leave Sharing: 1120 Hours have been donated. Announcements for this will go out in January and in July. | |
