This needs to be figured out. + We need to make sure KSU has opportunities for advancement. Currently, many KSU employees feel they don't have opportunities to move up. Many of the employees who took the V-SIP did so because of this. + Feedback also needs to be given to employees when position are not awarded to them. We could also offer classes as well. + We also need to look at preparing and building our current employees. - Priority Parking for KSU Employee of the month + This is still being worked on. - Money for recruiting students + This is still being worked on. Title III has a Professional Development Fund for its employees. All KSU employees are eligible for this.
