Block 10401 / Lots 5.01 & 5.04 & Block 17802 / Lot 57.01 Jackson Park Environmental Impact Statement (2 Full copies) (6 copies of narrative portion) All members took a copy of the EIS for review. Mr. Riker has the site plans. Mr. Riker noted that this project has two phases. The northern phase is off of Perrineville Road and the southern phase will be off of W. Veterans Highway. No plans have been received. A request will be sent to the Engineer to submit two full size sets of plans for review. (Signed and sealed).

Block 4201 / Lot 3 Cedar Swamp Road One (1) copy of Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan and One (1) copy of Environmental Impact Statement Matrix Engineering Proposed Self Storage Facility Mr. Riker and Mr. Myer will take plans for review. Mr. Riker and Mr. Myer conducted a site visit at the location and found the area to be a cleared former farm field, there are wet lands as indicated in the rear, no wildlife was observed. The EIS has been received.
