Sprinkler head damage — $250, plus any additional repair costs

- Smoke detector damage — $250, plus any additional repair costs

• Window damage — $250, plus any additional repair costs

• Wall or ceiling painting — $50 per wall or ceiling

• Wall punctures or holes — $50 per hole

• Tacks or pushpins in walls — $50, unless damage is excessive

- Severe or excessive damage — $250

- Large item left in room — $100 removal charge per item, including refrigerators and chairs

- Electronic appliance left in room — $25 per item

• Air fryer left in room — $100

• Missing peephole — $50

• Smoking paraphernalia — $250

• Smoke or burned odor — $250

• Burn marks on walls or other surfaces — $250

- Damage to light fixtures or electrical outlets — $100 per item

Shower damage — $100

• Floor damage or excessive cleaning required — $100

• Trash left in room — $50

- Broken drawer or damaged furniture surface — $100

• Mattress replacement — $250

• Alcohol — $25

• Food left in room — $50

All fines may be increased to cover additional cleaning, repair, or replacement costs. Labor required to clean, paint, repair, or restore a room will be billed at $25 per hour.
