Severe or excessive damage — $250
Large item left in room — $100 removal charge per item, including refrigerators and chairs
Electronic appliance left in room — $25 per item
Air fryer left in room — $100
Missing peephole — $50
Smoking paraphernalia — $250
Smoke or burned odor — $250
Burn marks on walls or other surfaces — $250
Damage to light fixtures or electrical outlets — $100 per item
Shower damage — $100
Floor damage or excessive cleaning required — $100
Trash left in room — $50
Broken drawer or damaged furniture surface — $100

Food left in room — $50
All fines may be increased to cover additional cleaning, repair, or replacement costs. Labor required to clean, paint, repair, or restore a room will be billed at $25 per hour.
