applicable housing period begins, to the portion of the housing period remaining after their effective date. The University agrees to provide accommodations under the Housing Agreement and these Terms and Conditions. The Housing Agreement and these Terms and Conditions are not governed by the Kentucky Landlord-Tenant Act.
