Ombudsman Reilly reported that promotion and salary increase information should be sent to faculty approved for promotion.

Promotion decision, both coming from the President's office. The third should be sent from Human Resources stating the salary increase. Figures discussed during Encampment were 5% to Assistant and Associate and 10% to full Professor.

He reported there 473 staff members and 142 faculty. Of Faculty data shows 43 minority professors of which 19 are African American.

He reported EXCOM would be meeting with the President tomorrow and any concerns should be sent to committees and Senators. He does not see any more Tenure hang-ups.
