23 From my previous experiences as a student from other universities and community colleges, every test should have been proctored at Kysu-- regardless of the student's location online/distance or not (on-campus). Local libraries from the student's location who is an online/distance student at Kysu can have their tests proctored at that location. Also, more than likely they have a local community college throughout the state. For example the KCTCS colleges are throughout the entire state of Kentucky, they offer these proctoring services. Those community colleges or even other universities, and local libraries, all together, can handle this situation with students from other universities needing a proctored test. No test should go un-proctored. 12/13/2016 6:48 PM
