Recommendation:

Management recommends the KSU Board of Regents approve the following 2011-12 resident, undergraduate tuition and mandatory fees at a ceiling of $242 per credit hour and a 50% discount for hours 13 and above and a non-resident floor of two times the resident rate.

Management recommends the KSU Board of Regents approve 2011-12 tuition and fees as presented for:

1. graduate tuition and mandatory fees
2. high school student tuition and fees
3. course and optional participation fees
4. room and board (meal) fees
