MINUTES

Regent Karen Bearden called the meeting of the Kentucky State University Board of Regents Academic Affairs Committee to order at 11:00 a.m. on June 4, 2012. Regent Bearden asked Rita Evans, Academic Affairs, to call roll:

Since there were not three or more Regents present for the committee, no quorum was declared. No action items were addressed.

The minutes from the April 27, 2012 meeting will be tabled until the July 27, 2012 meeting. The following action items will be taken to the full Board: Approval of Tenure for Dr. Joel Thierstein, Faculty Sabbatical Leaves for Dr. Tamara Sluss and Steven Gale.

The Academic Affairs' Committee meeting adjourned at 11:10 am.
