X	X	X	X	Results of assessment	In progress Academic support staff is currently working the Athletic Affairs Committee and the Athletic Department to determine needs of student athletes. A focus group was held with Latino students on 2/12/16 to determine factors of Latino success at KSU. Initial need assessments of other groups will be scheduled and completed by the conclusion of Fall 2016. In Fall 2016, Office of Educational Support will pilot Alpha Omega Scholars, a program focused supporting on high-achieving students.
