Once the University strategic plan is complete, Information Technology will align the strategies of Information Technology with the goals of the University.

Overall Timeframe

These initiatives, providing that funding and approval are received, will be ongoing through fiscal year 2018. As each initiative is planned, the Office of Information Technology will establish and communicate respective end dates.

Initial measures of success for the Office of Information Technology will be:

• A detailed project plan for each project measured against project milestones. Any exceptions or gaps in time and budget will be reported weekly at a minimum.
• A comprehensive evaluation of the availability of non-desktop systems (network, equipment and applications) during peak/published business hours. The goal will be an uptime of 97%.
