Charles Whitehead asked what happened to the Capital Campaign and is there a plan. Mr. Maxwell responded that the campaign is still in existence with the plan to hire a person within the Development Office to assist with the campaign and other development responsibilities.

The endowment summary report was presented by James Fereday of Fifth Third Bank.

Regent Whitehead adjourned the meeting at 5:07 p.m.
