I. Call to Order:

Vice Chairperson Ekumene Lysonge called the meeting of the Kentucky State University (“KSU” or the “University”) Board of Regents (the “Board”) to order on Thursday, March 2, 2017, at 6:05 p.m.

II. Opening Remarks:

Vice Chairperson Lysonge welcomed those in attendance.

IV. Closed Session:

Action: Regent Jantzen made a motion to go into closed session to discuss litigation matters, pursuant to KRS 61.810(1)(c), and the appointment of a an individual employee, pursuant to KRS 61.810(1)(f). The motion was seconded by Regent Harnice. The motion passed 7-0.
