Primarily worked in the Employment practice group, defending corporations of all sizes, usually in employment discrimination matters. I participated in several trials and argued two cases before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. My practice also included counseling of HR professionals in various employment matters. I also worked in the commercial litigation section, defending corporations from negligence claims, product liability claims and contract disputes.

Drafted appellate briefs and successfully argued and defended trial verdict at Sixth Court of Appeals in employment discrimination case
Drafted appellate briefs and successfully argued before Kentucky Supreme Court for reversal of trial verdict in real estate contract dispute vital to client's development plans
Secured large settlement for former Kentucky prison inmate, who was also amputee, in an ADA case after extensive litigation over ADA claims
