Dr. Shi Shen has tirelessly served the university in different roles as Committee Chair or member in addition to her teaching duties. Her dedicated service has won the respect of fellow faculty members, and she has thus become a highly valued member of the university community.
I am therefore recommending her without a reservation to the rank of full professor.
