A study of the entire roof is being prepared

KSU made an insurance claim for interior cleanup of water damage and repairs.

The Halls requires a complete renovation - HVAC, plumbing, electrical and life safety improvements. Use of this facility as a residence hall is only possible if the interior walls are reconfigured for modern suite type units. Due to the low ceiling height between floors, the HVAC system will have to be through wall hotel type units or some type of in-room units - variable refrigerant volume units. Floor space and chase space for ductwork required by other systems would reduce the occupancy limit.
