Banner HR/Payroll Assessment and Optimization
A strategic evaluation of KSU's use of specific HR/payroll areas was conducted the week of November 13th. KSU is awaiting the consultant's final report which will identify potential opportunities to improve productivity, streamline business processes and resolve major issues. The final report is due the week of November 27th.
Once the final assessment report is received, the opportunities for improvement will be reviewed, prioritized and determinations will be made regarding implementation of the recommendations. Opportunities for improvement may include reconfiguration, business process re-design, or implementation of baseline functionality that is not currently being used by KSU. The optimization will also cover training. This engagement is expected to end the week of January 29, 2018.
