Kentucky State University has re-started its English-as-a-Second Language (ESL) program for the Spring semester 2015. KSU's ESL program will serve foreign students visiting the University for a month-long English intensive seminar. Course cost is proposed to be $3,650 per participant. The program fee would include course instruction, room and board.
KSU expects to have a minimum of twenty (20) students per seminar.
