Due to not having a quorum at the January 22, 2015 Finance and Audit Committees meeting, the October 24, 2014 minutes could not be approved. The minutes of the Finance and Audit Committees meeting for October 24, 2014 and January 22, 2015 require approval in order to become an official part of the committee records.
It is recommended that the Finance and Audit Committees approve the minutes of the October 24, 2014 and January 22, 2015 joint meetings.
