The contract with Oracle for software and support was signed February 27, 2015.

The statement of work for the new Oracle ERP system installation has been expanded to include more detailed descriptions of expectations, definitive language and an expanded scope of work.

There are three main categories in the statement of work.

The revised statement of work will be given to the previously selected implementation vendor to ensure that the services requested can still be met. Also, the revised statement of work will be given to an additional Oracle partner for comparison of services and competitive pricing and proposed timelines.

Once the implementation vendor has been selected and approved, the implementation team will work with them to further determine the implementation strategy and optimized timeline that is best for KSU.
