Kentucky State University has long had a prohibition against sexual harassment. That policy does not address romantic or sexual relationships between faculty or staff and students. The attached policy amendment specifically prohibits any romantic or sexual relationship between faculty or staff and students at the University. Such interactions are antithetical to the pursuit of academic excellence and have no place at the University.
