consideration recited herein, even if no breach is found and/or this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable. Repayment by Employee to Kentucky State University of any or all of the consideration does not void the Release.

  1. Employee agrees that no promises or agreements have been made to Employee except those contained in this Agreement.
  2. If any provision of the Agreement is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions of the Agreement and General Release shall not be affected thereby and shall be enforced.
