BACKGROUND: In response to the declaration of a State of Emergency issued by Governor Beshear, Executive Order 2020-215, Kentucky State University must realign operations and reduce the ongoing personnel budget to help in mitigating any current and future challenges to institutional finances. The attached document outlines the complex budget realities facing the campus.

SUMMARY OF PROGRAMS/ACTIVITIES: Overview of the fiscal actions that will be undertaken by Kentucky State University in response to the COVID-19 pandemic to provide sustainable support to the students, faculty, staff, and institutional stakeholders.
