BACKGROUND: WHEREAS, the University and Sodexo entered into a Management Agreement, dated June 27, 2019, whereby Sodexo manages the Food Service operation for the University.

SUMMARY OF PROGRAMS/ACTIVITIES: In order to maintain a valued partnership, the University and Sodexo agreed to performance metrics to ensure success of the University's dining operations.
