Move to go into Closed Session to discuss pending litigation and personnel matters pursuant to KRS 61.810 (1)(c) and KRS 61.810 (1)(f), respectively. Seconded by Regent McFayden and passed without dissent.

Move the Board to reconvene in General Session.

Dr. Joe Moffett presented the Faculty Senate Updates; Regent Michael Weaver presented the Student Government Updates; Mr. Travis Haskins presented the Staff Senate updates.
