MOTION by Regent Harnice:

Move the Board to adopt of the Agenda of the December 5, 2019 Quarterly Meeting of the Board of Regents.

## MOTION by Regent Barfield:

Move to approve the Minutes of the September 4-5, 2019 Annual Retreat of the Board of Regents; Minutes of the September 5, 2019 Quarterly Meeting of the Board of Regents; and Minutes of the November 7, 2019 Special Called Meeting of the Executive Committee of the Board of Regents.

Seconded by Regent Harnice and passed without dissent.

### VI. Bred of the Quarter Recognition

President Brown presented the nominees for Bred of the Quarter Recognition: Alicia Smith, Darrell Faulkner, Larma Washington-Collins, Clara Ross Stamps, Bill Williams, Michael Dailey, and Janelle Hager. Alicia Smith was the September winner, Janelle Hager was the October winner, and Bill Williams was the November winner.

### VII. Campus Stakeholder Presentations

Dr. Phillip Clay presented the Faculty Senate update; Ms. Jasmin Thurman presented the Staff Senate update; Regent Kierra Donald presented the Student Government update.

### VIII. President's Quarterly Report

President Brown presented his quarterly report. Mr. Daryl Love, Executive Director of the Career Services and Professional Development Center, and Dr. Beverly Schneller, Acting Provost and Vice-President for Academic Affairs, updated the Board on the process of updating the Strategic Plan.

### IX. Consent Agenda

MOTION by Regent Moffett:

Move to approve the ADP Contract Extension, the APAX Software Personal Service Contract, the Concur Contract, the Resolution to Confer Earned Academic Degrees for the Fall of 2019, the Resolution to Confer Earned Academic Degrees for the Summer of 2019, and the Touch Net Contract Extension.

Seconded by Regent Reddy and passed without dissent.
