MOTION by Regent Harnice: Move the Board to reconvene in General Session. Seconded by Regent Jantzen and passed without dissent.

Public Actions

MOTION by Regent Harnice: Move the Board to extend the time period for approval of the 2019 Presidential Performance Review Results to allow the consultant the additional time needed to compile their final report, recognizing that a formal approval of the 2019 Presidential Performance Review Results will occur in public session at a future meeting. Seconded by Regent Jantzen and passed without dissent.

MOTION by Regent Barfield: Move the Board to approve the 2019 Presidential Performance Rubric. Seconded by Regent Felder and passed without dissent.

MOTION by Regent Barfield: Move the Board to approve the 2019-2020 Presidential Performance Objectives. Seconded by Regent Felder and passed without dissent
