President Brown then provided an update on the FY2020 Budget Closing Estimate. He stated that Kentucky State University is scheduled to close in the black. Chairperson Farris requested that the 2018-20 budget be posted to the website.
Move to approve the academic affairs organizational structure. Seconded by Regent Banks and passed with dissent.
Regent Felder and Regent Jantzen voted “no” on the motion to approve the academic affairs organizational structure.
Move to approve the contract with Capital Plaza Hotel. Seconded by Regent Barfield and passed without dissent.
Move to approve the contract with Quest Diagnostics not to exceed $340,000. Seconded by Regent Felder and passed without dissent.
Move to approve new faulty hires with tenure.

Move to approve the roof repair for Kentucky Hall with Division of Engineering and Contract Administration.
