MOTION by Regent McFayden:

Move the Board to adopt the February 6, 2019 Special Meeting Agenda.

Seconded by Regent Gilmore and passed without dissent.

A. Approval of Head Football Coach Contract

MOTION by Regent Barfield:

Move the Board to approve the contract of the Head Football Coach. Seconded by Regent McFayden and passed without dissent.
