MOTION by Regent Moffett:
Move the Board to adopt the agenda of the December 3, 2020 Quarterly Meeting of the Board of Regents.
Seconded by Regent Jantzen and passed without dissent.
MOTION by Regent Reddy:
Move the Board to adopt the Resolution in Memory of Dr. Mary Smith.
Seconded by Regent Banks and passed without dissent.
