III: Adoption of the Agenda

MOTION by Regent Moffett:

Move the Committee to adopt the agenda of the November 19, 2020 Special Called Meeting of the Board of Regents.

Seconded by Regent Banks and passed without dissent.

IV. Information Item: Public-Private Partnership for New Residence Hall

Representatives from CRM, EOP Architects, Commonwealth Economics, and Key Bank were on hand for a presentation of new residence hall acquisition at KSU. The presentation included a virtual tour of the residence halls and how financing for the project would be secured. The construction plans have been updated to include sanitary features to contain the spread of COVID. The new halls would add an additional 408 beds and a dining hall with 300 person capacity.
