BACKGROUND: In March of 2018, the Board approved contract number 151901 for Managed Services with ADP. The University is requesting approval of a 2-year contract extension.
SUMMARY OF PROGRAMS/ACTIVITIES: ADP
ALIGNMENT WITH STRATEGIC GOALS:
Goal 3: Increase the University's Financial Strength and Operational Efficiency.
PROGRAM IMPLICATIONS: N/A
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: Due to increased payroll processing efficiencies we have negotiated a two-year contract extension with ADP. The contract cost is $265,000 annually which includes a 3% rate reduction with an annual cost savings of approximately $10,000.00. Additionally, we have negotiated two student paid internships with ADP.
RECOMMENDATION: Approval of two-year contract extension with ADP Payroll Services
