MOTION by Regent Farris:

Move the Board to adopt the agenda of the September 5, 2019 meeting of the Governance Committee.

Shelia Trice Bell, Bell & Trice Enterprises, reported on the review of the Gold Book: Bylaws of the Kentucky State University Board of Regents. Regent Farris requested that all Regents send in their comments regarding the Gold Book Revisions within thirty days.

Dr. Rachelle Johnson, Director of Government Relations, provided an update on HB1, Kentucky's Comprehensive Universities and Quasi-Governmental Agencies Pension Reform.
