Given this is the first year to establish baseline assessment data; I recommend that the Board adapt the following three (3) goals for the coming year. The analysis and discussion of the Board Self-Evaluation results will serve as the basis for establishing future goals.Campus Involvement13downarrow

The essays provide a picture that the Board members have higher satisfaction levels toward all of the achievement by the University. Concerns regarding the University’s financial health has decreased, and all of the achievements have instilled self-confidence in the Board members. They don’t see themselves as different, but more of a united voice who care about the university, engage more with university constituents, more confidence in the current staff/faculty and the financial standing, but still expect better and steady performance which will result in more achievements from the university, especially when comparing KSU with its peer institutions.
Lastly, to better facilitate the analysis of the survey responses in the future, it is greatly recommended for the Board members to provide their opinion in a readable handwriting. This will prevent any misperception of the responses. For any question or concern, please contact the Office of Institutional Research.
