The scope of the original contract was to perform the annual financial and compliance audits for the fiscal years ended June 30, 2021, and June 30, 2022. The original contract contained the provision that it would likely need to be renewed and extended to complete the above-referenced audits. In addition to the completion of the FY 2021 and FY 2022 audits, the University is amending the scope of the contract to add the financial and compliance audit for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023.
