Dr. Washington is viewed as an excellent teacher by his peers and students in that he has high student-teacher evaluations. He has an in-depth commitment to teaching excellence. He has been intimately involved in curriculum development; and was voted the Kentucky University College Teacher of the Year for Physical Education (2018).
