Accordingly, this University Tenure and Promotion Committee has unanimously voted to recommend that Dr. Gavin Washington (1) be granted tenure at Kentucky State University and (2) be promoted to the rank of Associate Professor. Please note that one elected member of the Committee was fully recused from all deliberations and voting due to a Conflict of Interest, having served on the Unit Committee, as required by Faculty Handbook Section 2.7.7.4.
