The full document is appended to my Cover Letter 2020-21, and appears in Section III – “In 2018-19 Dossier,” Item 6 – “Letter from KSU T&P Committee.” Of course, in that T&P cycle, for reasons still unknown to me, I did not receive a final decision from the levels of the President and the Board of Regents.

The University Promotion and Tenure Committee has carefully reviewed the dossier of Dr. Swagata, "Ban" Banerjee, who has applied for tenure and promotion to Professor. Currently, Dr. Banerjee is an associate professor in the School of Business. The Committee reviewed his dossier according to University policies and procedures contained in Sections 2.6-2.7 of the Faculty Handbook (2012). Based on its review, the Committee makes the following recommendation:
The Committee votes five to zero (5-0) in favor of Dr. Banerjee being granted promotion from the rank of Associate professor to the rank of full Professor.
Two committee members, Dr. Higgins and Dr. Dasgupta, were absent.
