The Committee’s Chair, Mr. Stephen Mason, called the meeting to order at 2:05 p.m.

II. Roll Call

At least five (5) members were present, so a quorum was established.

III. Approval of the Agenda

MOTION by Dr. Wang:

Move the Committee to approve the Agenda of the April 26, 2023, special called meeting of the Presidential Search Committee.

Seconded by Dr. Mayberry and passed without dissent.

IV. Closed Session

Pursuant to KRS 61.810(1)(f), the Committee moved to a closed session to discuss personnel matters.
