Chair Dukes concluded the meeting by thanking Dr. Johnson for his service to KSU, remarking that the Board looks forward to him continuing his service in the role of senior presidential advisor. Chair Dukes also thanked Dr. Dailey for agreeing to serve as Acting President and noted that the Board looks forward to Dr. Akakpo's arrival on campus as KSU's nineteenth president.
MOTION by Regent Moseley:
Move the Board to adjourn.
Seconded by Regent Walston, and passed without dissent.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:18 p.m.
