III. Adoption of the Agenda

MOTION by Regent Harnice:

Move the Board to adopt the agenda of the August 18, 2021 Special Called Meeting. Seconded by Regent Robinson and passed without dissent.

IV. Election of Chair and Vice Chair

MOTION by Regent Reynolds:

Move the Board to keep the existing Chair and Vice Chair: Regent Elaine Farris, Chair and Regent Dalton Jantzen, Vice Chair. Seconded by Regent Burns.
