III. Adoption of the Agenda
MOTION by Regent Moffett:
Move the Board to adopt the agenda of the March 4, 2021 Quarterly Meeting of the Board of Regents.
Seconded by Regent Harnice and passed without dissent.
IV. Opening Remarks
Chairperson Farris gave her opening remarks.
V. Approval of Consent Agenda
MOTION by Regent Moffett: Move the Board to approve the consent agenda. Seconded by Regent Harnice and passed without dissent.
