Chair Mason stated that since the last meeting, the Student Forum has not yet materialized; though one was scheduled, no students showed up. Therefore, the Student Forum will be rescheduled.
Chair Mason also encouraged Committee members to view the search firm's portal, as several candidates have been added.
Next, Chair Mason stated that since Kenny Daugherty of Myers McRae was not yet present at the meeting, he would like to proceed to Agenda item VI.
Pursuant to KRS 61.810(1)(f), the Committee moved to a close session to discuss personnel matters.
Move the Committee to enter a closed session.
Seconded by Dr. Wang and passed without dissent.
When the Committee reconvened following the closed session, Chair Mason called for a motion to enter into an open session.

Chair Mason then announced that the next meeting will be held at the regularly scheduled time, Friday April 21st at 2 p.m.
