Seven (7) Regents were in attendance and present at roll call. A quorum was therefore established.
III. Approval of the Agenda
MOTION by Regent Adams:
Move the Board to approve the agenda of the May 1, 2024, special meeting of the Board of Regents. Seconded by Regent Fields and passed without dissent.
